My Trading Account Number Is Not Displayed in the cTrader App

If a different trading account number is displayed on the cTrader app from the one you opened on My Page, you can resolve this issue using the following method:

  1. First, log out from your cTrader account.
  2. Then, log in again to the cTrader app using the email address registered with FIXIO (フィクシオ).
