Issues with the Mobile App

 

If you encounter issues with the mobile app, please follow these steps:

 

1) Update your mobile system (iOS or Android) to the latest version.

2) Uninstall the cTrader app, then reinstall it.

3) Log in again and check if the operation is normal.

 

If the system issues are not resolved following the above steps, please proceed with the following:

 

1) Tap the ‘three horizontal lines’ at the top left of the cTrader app to open the menu.

2) Tap the ‘cTrader’ logo at the top left ‘8 times in a row’.

3) When the troubleshooting message appears, tap ‘Submit’.

4) Based on this information, we will investigate your situation again.
