① Log in to your FIXIO (フィクシオ) My Page.

② Select the “Funds Management” tab and click the “Withdrawal” button.

③ Choose the account you wish to withdraw from and specify the withdrawal amount.

④ You can select either “Domestic Bank Transfer (Japan)” or “Prime Pay” for the withdrawal method.

・ If you select “Domestic Bank Transfer (Japan),” please enter the required bank account information accurately.

・ If you select “Prime Pay,” enter your Primo Pay Wallet ID in the Prime Pay ID field.

⑤ After completing the entries, click the “Submit” button. This will finalize your withdrawal request.

Note that after submitting the withdrawal request, the withdrawal amount will typically be reflected within approximately 30 minutes during business hours.
