If your withdrawal request for profits made using the account opening bonus is not approved, one of the following reasons may apply:

1. You are attempting to withdraw the entire account balance without leaving the bonus amount.

⇒ The bonus amount of $30 cannot be withdrawn.

2. The withdrawal amount exceeds the maximum allowable withdrawal amount.

⇒ The maximum allowable profit withdrawal is $100. If the profit withdrawal amount exceeds $100, the withdrawal will be denied.
