Applications for opening an over-the-counter trading account (hereinafter referred to as “OTC account“) are accepted from customers who use STP or ECN accounts and have a certain period of trading history. After application, the eligibility for use will be determined through examination.
Trading Method
In an OTC account, transactions are conducted between multiple liquidity providers (LPs) affiliated with our company. Transactions are executed through order matching between LPs and over-the-counter trading (OTC trading), establishing direct transactions without going through an exchange. Our company intermediates transactions to LPs, and orders do not flow into the market. Transactions are directly matched between liquidity providers, which is a form of off-market trading (over-the-counter trading) and has a different trading structure from STP and ECN, so please understand this in advance.
Prohibited Trading Methods
Some trading methods, such as copy trading, hedge trading, and scalping trading, are prohibited in OTC accounts. Please note that these trading methods are not available, so please check and agree to this in advance.
Precautions
OTC accounts are susceptible to market liquidity and trading conditions may fluctuate, so we recommend using them with caution. We ask that you have a sufficient understanding of trading and manage your risks appropriately.
