Important Information Regarding the Use of OTC Accounts

◆ Terms of Use

Applications for opening an OTC account are accepted from customers who use STP or ECN accounts and have a certain period of usage history. After application, eligibility for use will be determined through examination.

◆ Trading Method

In an OTC account, transactions are conducted between multiple liquidity providers (LPs) affiliated with our company. Transactions are executed through order matching between LPs and over-the-counter trading (“off-exchange trading” or “OTC trading”), establishing direct transactions without going through an exchange. Our company plays the role of intermediating transactions to LPs, and orders do not flow into the market. Transactions are directly matched between liquidity providers. Therefore, it is a form of off-exchange trading (off-market trading) and has a different trading structure from STP and ECN, so please understand this in advance.

◆ Prohibited Trading Methods

Some trading methods, such as copy trading, hedge trading, and scalping trading, are prohibited in OTC accounts. Please note that these methods cannot be used, so please understand this in advance.

◆ Precautions

Trading in OTC accounts is characterized by its susceptibility to market liquidity. Therefore, trading conditions may change, and there are risks that are different from trading on a regular exchange. This may result in sudden price fluctuations and changes in trading conditions, so it is recommended that you manage your risks sufficiently and trade carefully.
