What is the account opening bonus?
The account opening bonus is designed for you to experience high execution power and withdrawal services in a real trading environment on the FIXIO trading platform. To receive the account opening bonus, simply enter ‘I want the account opening bonus’ in the online chat and follow the automatic response guide to answer the questions. Once you complete the request for the welcome bonus, the bonus amount will be credited to your live trading account within 24 hours, and you can start trading immediately.
Please note that the new account opening bonus cannot be used for copy trading.
Important Notes
A) The claim period for the live account opening bonus is within 30 days from the date of opening the live trading account. If 30 days have passed, you will not be able to receive the bonus.
B) If you meet the withdrawal conditions for the account opening bonus, you can withdraw the profits at any time, but the account opening bonus amount will be forfeited at the same time. Please note that if you apply for withdrawal of the account opening bonus amount more than twice consecutively without meeting the withdrawal conditions, the bonus and profits will be forfeited.
C) If you apply for a deposit bonus, the new account opening bonus will be terminated, and the bonus amount will be forfeited.
D) The withdrawal conditions are as follows:
Trade at least 1 lot using only the $30 bonus.
The maximum amount of withdrawable profits is $100.
No leverage restrictions.
When applying for withdrawal of profits, please move the full amount of profits to the ‘USD Wallet’ before applying for withdrawal.
The bonus credited to the specified trading account cannot be transferred to other specified trading accounts. Except for case C above, if you violate these rules, the bonus and profits will be forfeited.
E) If you violate the bonus usage terms, the full amount of the bonus and profits will be forfeited.
If you trade using both the bonus and your own funds, the full amount of the bonus and the profits generated from those trades will be forfeited, so please apply for the bonus with no deposit history (balance of 0).
Tradable currency pairs are limited to ‘FX Pairs’ and ‘Gold and Silver’ only.
F) If you open a trading account through your own or a third party’s IB link or referral link, you will not be eligible for the account opening bonus.
G) If we determine that the user falls under any of the following, we may refuse, suspend, or withdraw the bonus. We may also permanently cancel the provision of services to the user and permanently block access to our services as necessary.
If we determine that the user has acted maliciously towards us.
If the user has abused or attempted to abuse this promotion.
H) We do not allow trading using the bonus in the following cases:
If we determine that the user’s actions constitute fraudulent abuse of the bonus in violation of these rules, we have the right to immediately forfeit the granted bonus and profits.
Double trading using one or multiple accounts and multiple providers
Double trading by multiple people
Trading only based on indicators
Trading using artificial intelligence
Arbitrage
High-frequency trading (holding each position for at least 5 seconds)
Trading only for filling gaps
Trading aimed at exploiting temporary connection delays, server errors, and rate errors
Trading to illegally obtain bonuses or cashback
Self-affiliation or self-IB aimed at gaining fraudulent partner rewards
